Homes & Additions
Residential Electrical
From a dead outlet to a whole-house rewire, we do the everyday electrical work that keeps a home safe and working — and we clean up after ourselves.
What's Involved
Residential Electrical
Most of what a home needs is bread-and-butter work done right: adding circuits, replacing outlets and switches, hanging fixtures and fans, running power to a new appliance, and tracking down the reason a breaker keeps tripping. We do all of it, and we treat your house like someone lives there — drop cloths down, holes patched, debris hauled out.
We also take on the bigger residential jobs: panel upgrades, rewires on older homes, kitchen and bath remodels, additions, and EV chargers. Whatever the size, you get a written estimate before we start and a straight answer about what needs doing versus what can wait.

Questions
Residential Electrical FAQ
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A single dead outlet or a fan install is just as welcome as a rewire. We'll give you an honest estimate either way.
My breaker keeps tripping — is that dangerous?
A breaker that trips is doing its job, but if it keeps happening it means something's wrong — an overloaded circuit, a bad connection, or a fault. It's worth having looked at rather than just resetting it every time. That's a common troubleshooting call for us.
Can you rewire an old house without tearing up every wall?
Usually, yes. We fish wire through existing walls and ceilings wherever we can and only open up drywall where there's no other way. We plan it to keep the patching to a minimum.
