Homes, Shops & Commercial
New Construction Wiring
Ground-up wiring from rough-in through final trim — homes, shops, pole buildings, and commercial spaces, wired to your plan and passed on the first inspection.
What's Involved
New Construction Wiring
On new construction we come in at rough-in, lay out the circuits with you and the plans, and run everything before the walls close up — then come back for devices, fixtures, and the panel at trim-out. We work off your prints and coordinate with your builder so the electrical rough is ready when the inspector and the insulators are.
We do new homes, garages and pole buildings, additions, and commercial spaces. You get a written bid off the plans, a schedule we hold to, and work that's laid out clean so it's easy to add to later.

Questions
New Construction Wiring FAQ
Can you bid off our plans?
Yes. Send us the prints and we'll put together a written bid for the electrical, rough through trim.
Do you coordinate with our builder's schedule?
That's the job. We time the rough-in so it's done before insulation and drywall, and we come back for trim when the finishes are ready.
Do you wire pole buildings and shops, not just houses?
Yes — garages, pole barns, and shops are a big part of our new-construction work. See our pole building wiring page for more on that.
